In the seventh episode of “Gyeongseong Creature” titled, ” “, the story unfolds with Chae-ok heading towards the gruesome aftermath of the creature’s rampage, which happens to be her mother’s devastation. Soon after, Tae-sang makes his entrance into the hospital, revealing tentacles flowing out of his back that subsequently pierce Chae-ok. However, the twist lies in the revelation that this entire harrowing sequence unfolds within the realm of a dream.
Transitioning to the next scene, she wakes up in her bedroom rather than the hospital. As we are shown a flashback of Chae-ok leaving the hospital and looking back at Tae-sang, he and his group prepare to escape by using bedsheets to form a rope and lead people out the window.
The scene changes, revealing a Korean soldier named Choi Yeong-gwan who is fatally shot, signaling the other soldiers to take action. Choi and Chae-ok create a barrier to hold off the fighters while others escape. The tension rises as Sergeant Hanada and his soldiers arrive, leading to a shootout at the hospital.
Is Tae-Sang able to escape from the Hospital?
During Manager Gu’s attempted escape from the police, he becomes caught in the middle of a dancing crowd. Meanwhile, Young-Chun announces that food and drinks are sponsored by Jang Tae-sang, just as the police truck halts in front of Gu’s car. However, upon closer inspection, the car is empty.
In the final scene of the episode, we see a flashback of how Tae-sang’s tailor provided clothing to all the prisoners, enabling them to exit the truck looking like civilians. Meanwhile, Gu and her team of police officers arrest the celebrants and search for the prisoners. During the search, they come across sketches of the monster and Seishin’s information. Finally, Yeong-gwan’s mother locates her sewing machine, and the episode concludes.
