Bua Wala Talab
Bua Wala Talab carries with it a bittersweet love story from years ago. Mustafa Kalol, a high-ranking government official, had a daughter named Bua – beautiful and courageous. One day, while wandering in the jungle, Bua encountered a tiger. Fortunately, a kind woodcutter named Hasan came to her rescue and took her back to the palace. Bua fell in love with the handsome and brave Hasan, and even her father reluctantly approved of their union. However, Hasan was sent to the battlefield to fight as a soldier, where he lost his life. Bua was devastated when she received the news and brought Hasan’s body to the pond where the two lovers used to meet. She buried him there and built a tomb in his memory. Two years later, Bua also passed away and was buried beside Hasan’s tomb.
The Ancient Temple of Pandvas Bhimeshwari Goddess
The Goddess Bhimeshwari Temple is steeped in legend. It is believed that the Pandava brother Bhima installed the idol of the goddess.
